FREE OF CHARGE TOURS OF PALERMO FOR CHRISTMAS
HOLIDAYS OFFERED BY “ADDIO PIZZO”
On the 27th and 31st of December in Palermo two new itineraries will be offered free of charge, planned as "literary walks". The project is a collaboration between Addiopizzo Travel and theTourism, Sports and Entertainment Departments of the Sicilian Region

For centuries it has enchanted illustrious writers and travelers. Then for decades it remained hidden, denied from sight, erased from the imagination. Today Palermo sees the sea once again. A free tour to discover the city and its waterfront.

A tour guide and an actor will accompany you for a nice literary walk on the sites of the Sea of Palermo: Castello a Mare, the ancient port of Cala, Piazza Marina, the viewpoint from Porta Felice, the walls of the Cattive and the Nautoscopio. It is an invitation to look at the horizon through the eyes of Goethe, Maupassant and Tomasi di Lampedusa.
